30-day returns

We want you to love your Ice Club piece. If it's not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it.

Return conditions

Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Custom and personalised pieces (photo and name pendants) can't be returned unless faulty, as they're made just for you.

Message us on WhatsApp +44 7451 268796 or email contact@iceclubofficial.com with your order number and we'll guide you through it.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, your refund is processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Lifetime Warranty

Every piece is covered by our Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing faults — if something's wrong, we'll repair or replace it.
